1. Introduction
1.1 The terms contained in this document (“Trading Terms”) apply to all transactions for the purchase of products and services (each a “Service” or, two or more, the “Services”) from the Site. By ordering any Services from our Site you indicate your acceptance to be bound by these Trading Terms. They form a legal agreement between you and us and can only be amended with our consent. You may print a copy of these Trading Terms using your browser’s print option.
1.2 In the event that the Site contains separate terms of trading linked via the homepage, in the case of conflict those terms shall prevail over these Trading Terms.
1.3 We reserve the right to change these Trading Terms from time to time without prior notice, provided that any such change will not affect purchases already made.
2. Ordering
2.1 You may place an order by following the on-screen prompts. You will have the opportunity to check and correct errors until you submit your order by clicking “Place Order”.
2.2 All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may decline an order for any reason without liability.
2.3 After submitting an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email with details of your order. Acceptance and contract formation occur when we send you a dispatch confirmation email, unless we have already notified you otherwise or you have cancelled in line with Clause 5.
2.4 If an ordered Service is not available, we will contact you to offer alternatives: wait for availability or cancel the order.
3. Prices and Payment
3.1 Prices shown are in pounds sterling (£), exclusive of VAT and shipping charges. Shipping will be added during checkout.
3.2 Prices may change at any time before acceptance of your order.
3.3 Orders are not accepted until payment is made in full.
3.4 If a price is incorrect on our Site, we will contact you before proceeding. If you do not agree to the corrected price, the order will be cancelled (unless already dispatched).
4. Delivery / Shipping
4.1 Subject to availability, we will use reasonable efforts to deliver Services promptly after acceptance.
4.2 Delivery will be to the address specified in your order.
4.3 Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Some deliveries may require a signature.
4.4 Once delivered, Services become your property and responsibility. We will not accept liability for loss or damage after delivery, except in the case of faulty or incorrectly delivered Services.
5. Cancellations and Returns
5.1 Unless one of the exceptions in Clause 5.4 applies, you may cancel your order within fourteen (14) days of receiving the goods. To cancel, notify us with your name, address and order reference, or return the Services as set out in Clause 5.5.
5.2 To meet the deadline, send your cancellation notice before the fourteen-day period expires.
5.3 If you cancel, we will reimburse payments including standard delivery charges. Refunds will be made by the same payment method unless agreed otherwise, and at no cost to you. We may withhold refunds until we receive the goods back or proof of return. You may request a substitution instead of a refund if the substitute is of equal value.
5.4 You may not cancel if:
- you have unsealed audio/visual recordings or software;
- the Services are perishable, or sealed for health/hygiene reasons and unsealed by you;
- the Services are customised or made to your specifications;
- you have begun downloading or streaming Services; or
- the Services are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery;
unless faulty or incorrectly delivered.
5.5 Services should be returned within 14 days of cancellation, and no later than 28 days after delivery, by following this process:
- pack the Services securely, including the returns note and address label provided; and
- return the parcel by courier, recorded delivery, or other certified mail with sufficient insurance.
5.6 This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
6. Faulty Services
6.1 If a Service is faulty or damaged when delivered, we may offer a repair, exchange, or refund as required by law. Please notify us to arrange return.

7. Service Information
7.1 We aim to display colours and details accurately, but cannot guarantee they match your device display.
7.2 Promotions may vary between online and in-store. Online purchases do not automatically qualify for loyalty or discount schemes unless stated.
7.3 Sizing and similar information is provided as a guide only. Please contact us if unsure before ordering.
8. Orders for Delivery Outside the United Kingdom
8.1 If accessing our Site from outside the UK, you are responsible for compliance with local laws. We do not guarantee Services comply with laws outside the UK.
8.2 Please contact us before ordering from abroad. Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes payable by you. You are the importer and must comply with local laws. Deliveries may be inspected by customs authorities.
9. Security
9.1 Our Site uses secure servers during ordering to protect your data.
9.2 During checkout, your browser will switch to secure mode and encrypt your details. Once the order is complete you will exit secure mode.
9.3 Do not send payment details by email. We cannot accept responsibility for losses if you choose to do so.

10. Our Liability
10.1 We are not liable where performance is prevented by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
10.2 You are responsible for how you use the Services. We accept no liability for losses not reasonably foreseeable, or for business losses (e.g. profits, goodwill, contracts).
10.3 We accept liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraudulent misrepresentation, and for any other liability which cannot be excluded under English law.
10.4 Nothing in these Trading Terms affects your statutory rights.

12. General
12.1 Failure to enforce a right does not constitute a waiver. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms.
12.2 If any part of these Trading Terms is unenforceable, the remainder will remain in force.
12.3 English law applies, and disputes will be dealt with by the English courts (or courts in your UK jurisdiction if you reside outside England). Purchases may only be concluded in English.
12.4 No third party has rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
12.5 Delay in enforcing these Terms does not prevent later enforcement.
