1. What to Do First

If your loved one has passed away, please contact us as soon as you're ready. We are available 24/7 and can:

 • Arrange immediate transfer of your loved one into our care
 • Offer guidance on notifying the relevant authorities
 • Help you begin the funeral planning process

We will ensure everything is handled with dignity and professionalism.

2. Meeting With Us

We'll schedule an arrangement meeting at a time that suits you, either at our office, your home, or via phone/video.

During this meeting, we’ll help you decide on:

 • Type of service: Burial, cremation, direct cremation
 • Venue: Church, crematorium, graveside, or personal location
 • Style of service: Religious, non-religious, or personal tribute
 • Date and time preferences
 • Who will lead the ceremony: Clergy, celebrant, or family speaker

There's no rush. We're here to listen and ensure your choices reflect your loved one’s wishes and your family's needs.

3. Personalising the Funeral

We’ll guide you through options to create a truly personal and heartfelt farewell:

 • Choice of coffin or casket
 • Transport options (hearse, limousines)
 • Music, hymns, readings, or eulogies
 • Floral tributes and decorations
 • Order of Service printing
 • Photo slideshows or video tributes
 • Dress code or themed elements (if desired)
 • Notices in newspapers or online memorials

We can assist with as much or as little as you need.

4. The Day of the Funeral

On the day, our experienced team will take care of all the practical details, allowing you to focus on saying goodbye. We will:

 • Welcome and support mourners
 • Coordinate the hearse and pall bearers
 • Liaise with clergy or celebrants
 • Ensure everything runs smoothly and respectfully

5. After the Service

Our support doesn’t end after the funeral. We’re here to help you with:

 • Collecting and caring for ashes (following cremation)
 • Burial or scattering of ashes
 • Memorials, plaques, or headstones
 • Referrals to grief support services
 • Advice on pre-paid funeral plans for the future

For those seeking minimal arrangements, a direct cremation option offers a no-service, private alternative. Each option provides flexibility to suit personal preferences and budgets.

Traditional Burial

Our Traditional Burial Funeral Package provides a respectful and dignified service tailored to your needs, with the following inclusions:

  • Rest Room Visits – Scheduled visits by pre-arranged appointment.
  • Hearse & Pall Bearers – Professional provision of hearse and pall bearers on the day of the funeral.
  • Funeral Service – A full service at your chosen church or venue.
  • Interment – Burial in the designated churchyard or cemetery.

Traditional Crematorium

A full-service option for families wishing to hold a more formal ceremony, with the following inclusions:

  • Hearse & Pall Bearers – Professional provision of hearse and pall bearers on the day of the funeral.

Attended Graveside

A graveside service is a funeral ceremony that takes place at the grave site, rather than in a church, chapel, or crematorium.

Package Inclusions:
  • Choice of Coffin – A selection of quality coffins to suit your preferences.
  • Rest Room Visits – Scheduled visits by pre-arranged appointment.
  • Hearse & Pall Bearers – Professional provision of hearse and pall bearers on the day of the funeral.

Here's what typically happens at a graveside service:

  • • The coffin is transported directly to the cemetery or churchyard.
  • • Family and friends gather around the grave.
  • • A short service is led by an officiant (such as a clergy member, celebrant, or family representative).
  • • Readings, prayers, or reflections may be shared.
  • • The coffin is lowered into the ground (or placed in a crypt or vault, depending on burial method).
  • • Final words or blessings are given.
  • • Mourners may place flowers, soil, or other symbolic items on the coffin.

Attended Cremation

A simpler, more private option with a brief farewell opportunity.

Package Inclusions:
  • Choice of Coffin – A selection of quality coffins to suit your preferences.
  • Rest Room Visits – Scheduled visits by pre-arranged appointment.
  • Hearse & Pall Bearers – Professional provision of hearse and pall bearers on the day of the funeral.
  • Goodbye Service – At the crematorium (15 minutes, no officiant)

Direct Cremation (Unattended)

A straightforward, no-service option for those who prefer a private or alternative remembrance.

Package Inclusions:
  • Choice of jute, cardboard, or oak veneered coffin
  • Conveyance of the coffin in a suitable vehicle
  • All paperwork and arrangements completed at our office

Please Note:

  • • Rest room visits are not available
  • • No pall bearers or service at the crematorium
  • • Full payment may be required prior to the cremation
